TASHA LAYTON

Tasha Layton is a contemporary Christian musician who finds her identity and purpose in her personal relationship with Jesus. After four years touring as a back-up vocalist for Katy Perry, Layton was first named one of Billboard's Top 5 female Christian artists of 2020 on the heels of her breakthrough single, "Into The Sea (It's Gonna Be OK)."

Her smash hits "Look What You've Done" and "How Far" testify on radio stations across the country to the incredible transformation God has brought to her life. Her latest release, "Worship Through It," is currently a fan favorite as it continues climbing the charts. Delivered from suicidal thoughts, Tasha now walks in the joy and freedom of Jesus. She also published her first book, Look What You've Done: The Lies We Believe & The Truth That Sets Us Free.

DELAWARE CELEBRATION OF JAZZ

Delaware Celebration of Jazz is a 501(c)(3) non-profit arts, entertainment and educational organization headquartered for 35 years only in Sussex County, Delaware. We are dedicated to enriching and educating the public understanding and appreciation of music, while helping to ensure that all people impacted by cancer have a voice with our mission of Music for the Cure.

Established in 1990, our unique group has been orchestrating events bringing national and international Grammy Award winning artists to Sussex County, Delaware…our festival is local and our artists are global.

Our goal throughout these many years has been to raise money to help the Beebe Medical Foundation fund the Tunnell Cancer Center and to date, we have raised more than $250,000. The Tunnell Cancer Center has over 35,000 visits a year. Each year they have over 2,500 new patients, seeing approximately 150 patients each day.

When attendees purchase tickets, they donate to our cause. It helps us not only fight the devastating disease of cancer, but also contribute to the ongoing research & the purchase of state-of-the-art equipment for the Tunnell Cancer Center. In addition, attendees also help our local economy prosper.

The 2024 Rehoboth Beach Jazz Festival will take place Oct. 17-20. Learn more about the Rehoboth Beach Jazz Festival at https://www.rehobothjazz.com/ . Proceeds will benefit Beebe Healthcare’s Oncology Services, both in Lewes and Millville, as well as upcoming upgrades to the Tunnell Cancer Center.

“Tunnell Cancer Center and the team at Beebe have a special place in my heart,” Dennis Santangini, president of the Delaware Celebration of Jazz, said “Our board loves giving back to the selfless team members who support our community’s cancer patients every day.”

We will continue our support of Beebe Healthcare’s Oncology Services by providing what we call ‘Music for the Cure’.
