Here is a brief bio:
“Bishop Vitaly Kogan is a recognized International Apostolic Church Leader. He was born and raised in a Jewish, Pentecostal home in Ukraine. He attended the Calvary Bible School in Latvia as soon as Communism collapsed in 1990. Following Bible College graduation Vitaly and his wife Nadezhda were commissioned by the Holy Spirit to serve as missionaries to the Siberian City of Novosibirsk, Russia. Novosibirsk had a population of about one million people, and most of them were steeped in communist ideology, with less than one percent Christian. Vitaly and Nadezhda pioneered the planting of Covenant Church in Novosibirsk. Their anointing and leadership were soon made manifest through their Holy Spirit-led prayer, preaching, evangelism, and Bible teaching. After about fifteen years of ministry and church growth, Bishop Vitaly had raised up anointed and competent pastoral leaders, capable of leading that congregation forward under his oversight. Therefore, the Holy Spirit recommissioned Bishop Vitaly and his wife to pioneer a congregation in Odessa, Ukraine. The Ukrainian ministry continues to endure the Russian and Ukrainian war, while ministering to many orphans and offering the much-needed humanitarian aid resulting from that destructive conflict. They continue to give leadership and oversight to several other ministries in Russia and Ukraine, with outreach ministries into several other nations.”
