Mountaire Donates Chicken for Feed Your Faith
Along with 88.7 The Bridge, we’ve recently created the program Feed Your Faith, a partnership that restocks faith-based and non-profit food pantries throughout Delmarva during winter when many families need assistance.
With organizations able to request up to 30 cases (1,200 lbs.) of chicken, this event goes a long way towards filling freezers that were hit hard by the holiday season.
In its first year, we distributed over 110,000 lbs. of chicken to more than 150 organizations. Check out what non-profits and volunteers had to say in the video below.
